ONTRAC Home Service Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a range of digital marketing services, including website design, branding, graphic design, SEO, and paid advertising. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling services and any applicable fees.

1. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once work has begun. All payments made for services are final.

2. Cancellation for Monthly Plans

• Clients must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel any monthly services, including website maintenance, SEO, and paid advertisement management.

• Some services may require a longer contract term. If so, the cancellation terms outlined in the agreement will apply.

3. Cancellation for One-Time Services

• If a project is canceled before work begins, there are no cancellation fees.

• If work has already started, a cancellation fee will apply based on the number of hours worked. The client will be invoiced accordingly for completed work up to the cancellation date.

4. Ownership of Work

• Clients retain full ownership of all completed work, including branding, website design, graphics, and marketing assets, regardless of cancellation.

• If a service is canceled before completion, only the work completed and paid for up to that point will be provided.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@ontracmarketing.com.

• The cancellation will be considered effective upon confirmation from our team.

6. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
