All work produced by ONTRAC Home Service Marketing, including but not limited to branding materials, website designs, graphics, advertisements, and marketing collateral, remains our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated in a contract.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work created by ONTRAC Home Service Marketing for their business purposes. This means that while clients own the final product, they do not have the right to resell, distribute, or modify the work for other businesses without our written consent.
Some designs or content may incorporate third-party assets, such as stock images, fonts, or software, which are subject to their respective licenses. Clients are responsible for ensuring continued compliance with these licenses, especially when modifying or redistributing materials.
Unless a confidentiality agreement is in place, ONTRAC Home Service Marketing reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and social media. This helps us demonstrate the quality of our work and attract future clients.
Clients and third parties may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any work created by ONTRAC Home Service Marketing without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
Any trademarks, service marks, or logos designed by ONTRAC Home Service Marketing are the property of the client upon full payment. However, ONTRAC does not assume responsibility for trademark registration or potential conflicts with existing trademarks unless explicitly contracted to do so.
Clients may request modifications to their completed work, but ONTRAC Home Service Marketing is not responsible for alterations made by third parties. If the client chooses to transfer ownership of their branding, website, or other intellectual property to another party, they must ensure compliance with applicable agreements and legal protections.
ONTRAC Home Service Marketing reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property Notice at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
